ITUMELENG “TRISH” SIGASA|FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

“My passion for design & decor is uncovering hidden potential in spaces and transforming spaces with my  love and use of ornate decor accessories creating distinctive designs.” Approaching design with innate flow of creativity, intuition and maticulous attention to detail. Allowing me to share my creative light with you.

Itumeleng is passionate about aesthetically appealing, meticulous, curated interiors and all things positively inspiring, sharing her creative light. She is known to be a lover of spreading light through her creativity and being a style maker by clients, colleagues, family and friends with exceptional creative management, communication and leadership skills that indicate proficiency and dedication to the creative director role.

Itumeleng obtained her 4 year Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed) through the University of Witwatersrand and has been working in education for 16+years. Her love for curated, aesthetically appealing interiors and being inspired by creative mind, led her to ignite her passion to explore Real Estate and obtained her NQF-Level 4.

Thereafter, she further explored Interior Design and obtained her professional Interior Design Diploma, acquiring skills set of spatial planning, lighting consultation, interior finishes, conceptual design, 3D design renders, history of design, principles and elements of design, knowledge of design trends, colour concepts, textiles and fabrics, understanding of spatial balance, which led to establishing Trishd-esigns and collaborating with South African suppliers as of 2019.
